People are getting wise to or wounded from the big banks more and more lately. They want their money safe from fees and will relocate their accounts to protect it. Big banks don't care about you, just the profit you bring from fees charged to you.
Adobe is slow and short sighted. They are not innovators. They bought Macromedia and will let Flash wain. You alread see flash loosing its grip on the web as ajax and non-flash video players creep in, without flash support on iphones and ipads.
