I love this idea, but I don't see it going into broad adoption anytime soon. While it will be relatively easy to convince job candidates of its benefits, the recruiters and HR pros will be harder, and they hold the keys to making a technology like this successful. And after all, they love their word attachements and plain text resume submission forms.
